PDF Password Remover is a free tool that removes restrictions from, or decrypts with a password you provide, PDF files entirely inside your own browser. There is no paid tier and no file is ever uploaded to a server. By using this tool you agree to these terms.

1. Authorized use only

Only use this tool on PDF files you own or are explicitly authorized to modify or open. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to do so. Using it on files you are not authorized to access is prohibited and may be unlawful.

2. What we receive

Nothing. Your PDF is processed entirely in your browser's memory using a client-side WebAssembly engine. It is never uploaded, transmitted, or seen by us in any form.

3. What this tool does not do

This tool removes editing/printing/copying restrictions from a PDF, and decrypts a PDF using a password you already know. It cannot recover, guess, or "crack" a forgotten password that a PDF requires just to open. If you don't have that password, this tool cannot help you.

4. No warranty

This tool is provided "as is", free of charge, without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any misuse or for any loss arising from use of the tool.

5. Prohibited use

No use against files you do not own or control, no automated or bulk abuse of the site, and no attempts to disrupt the service.
